Who is Nicole Travis?
Nicole Travis, Director of Client Services
As the Director of Client Services, Nicole Travis leads the development of the company’s electronic quality tools. She directs all activities related to ensuring superior customer service. She joined Darlene D. Bainbridge & Associates in 2003. In that time, she has provided oversight for the development of two quality-based software systems and currently works with over 120 organizations in the use of those systems. She holds an MBA with minors in Leadership and Computer Information Systems.
Nicole is a member of the National Rural Health Association.
